Low Alloy 80104 Shredder Open Grates Proved Successful

As we all know that grates deformation is a big challenge for aotomobile shredder, especially, those scrap yards which crush light steel materials. Is there any solution to control or avoid grates deformation? Absolutely yes, we can change the common manganese steel to low alloy matensite steel. We made one sets of standard open grates to a customer in the begining of 2019, now we are pleased to declare that low alloy matensite steel application of heavy grates proved successful.
