Kintes provides alloy steel or manganese steel spare parts from 10kg to 5000 kg for metal shredder machine. We produce hammers as little as 30kg, up to 550kg.  Whether we provide tranditional high-manganese steels or high-strength alloy steel spare parts, Kintes is committed to reducing wear parts costs per ton of crushed material for our customers. Importantly, through reasonable designing, we can avoid stretch problem of hammer pin hole, but also reduce the proportion of hammer discarding. Regarding other wear parts for scrap shredder machine, such as grates, liners, we have our own special design that drastically reduces the consumption of wear parts per ton of crushed materials and increase shredders’ throughput. ​​
