Kintes First Foundry Has Been Updated Completely

On February 26th,  Kintes company finished updating work of the first foundry, this foundry is designed to make alloy steel castings for metal scrap shredder spare parts and rail transit castings. The first foundry now equiped X-ray, UT, automatic MT, tensile testing and other inspection facilities.

Kintes decided to pour small alloy steel casitngs like hammers, pin protectors, spider caps and anvils of metal shredder machine in the first foundry. All the castings above 1500 kg will be casted in the main foundry which close to G4215 express way. 

In 2018, the first foundry of Kintes will start to make DHT (Differentially Heat-treated) hammers in May and begain mass production of this DHT hammers in July. Now, the first  foundry can make both FHT and DHT cast steel wear parts for scap shredder machines.
